Art Enquiries

How much does it cost to sell my artwork?

We understand that as an artist, it can often cost you lots of much money to gain the exposure needed to sell work. At One Off we have developed a range packages all of which aim to make the artist make the most from their artwork.

Our first package is completely FREE with a small commission taken if you sell you work. Therefore you can only make money from your artwork. To see our full range of packages please click here. (link to Choose Your Package)

Are all the paintings original?

All the artwork on our site is original work and will be signed by the artist. Due to the nature of certain artistic process (photography, screen printing etc) some of the artwork will be limited prints. This will be stated in the notes of the piece of work, including the number of prints in the run, and what number print this piece is in the run. E.g. (3/20)

Payments

If my artwork doesn’t turn up or turns up damaged can I get my money back?

One off the wall holds on to your payment until you have received the artwork and you are 100% satisfied, only then will the artist be paid. If you do not receive the artwork or it turns up damaged, you will receive 100% of your money back.

How secure is your website?

We use currently using Google Checkout and Paypal, both of which are completely secure for quick and easy online payments.

Are my details safe?

All your payment details will be kept on Google’s and Paypal’s secure systems, and your personal details will be stored by One Off The Wall under the terms stated in our privacy policy.

What cards do you take?

We take all major cards using the Google checkout and Paypal systems. MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, Delta and American Express.

Shipping, Delivery & returns

If I change my mind can I return it?

On receiving the artwork, you have a 14 day trial period. If you decide that the artwork is not right then you can send it back to the artist and you will receive 100% of you money back. Please note – you will need to pay for this return shipment cost. Returned artwork must be sent back to the artist with the correct insurance and packaging and it MUST be by recorded delivery.

What are the delivery costs?

The delivery costs will be stated by the artist and will be shown in the information section for each piece of art.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but the shipment cost will need to be increased accordingly…

Is it insured against damages?

Yes – the artist must send all artwork with insurance…

I am looking for artwork for my office, how do I go about it?

For any large orders (more than 10 pieces of work) One Off can offer a bespoke service. We are more than happy to arrange a through the line art consultancy service for large organisations, as well as a try-before-you buy option on all pieces of work.

I need a collection of artwork for an event but I don’t want to buy it, can I exhibit a selection of your artist work?

One Off are always keen to give out artists the maximum exposure, and we are more than happy to offer this service. I am a huge fan of one of your artists, can I commission them to create a bespoke piece of work?

One Off will be adding this feature to the site shortly, giving you the opportunity submit commissions directly to the artist at a click of a button. In the mean time, please submit any commission requests to info@oneoffthewall.com, stating the name of the artist, and a short brief (an indication of budget is useful).
